We create the opportunity. What happens from there is up to you.
1. This is not a hosted dating programme
Unless otherwise stated, SoulMeet does not provide hosted matchmaking, ice-breaking games, facilitated introductions or a fixed event rundown.
Come ready to introduce yourself, start conversations and meet people naturally.
2. Be respectful
Please behave in a civilised, polite and considerate manner.
Harassment, intimidation, personal attacks, abusive behaviour, unwanted advances or deliberately bad-mouthing other members will not be tolerated.
SoulMap® may refuse admission or ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave, without refund.
3. You are responsible for yourself
All participants join as independent adults and are responsible for their own behaviour, decisions, belongings, transport, alcohol consumption, personal safety and interactions with others.
Meeting someone through SoulMeet does not mean SoulMap® endorses or guarantees that person. Please use your own judgement at all times.
4. No guaranteed outcome
SoulMeet provides an opportunity to meet people. It does not guarantee a match, a date, exchange of contact details, a relationship or any particular outcome.
Attendance, participant mix and gender ratio may change.
5. Venue, food & drinks
Events may take place at third-party venues, with food, drinks or other services provided by external parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulMap® is not responsible for the quality, availability or service of third-party food, drinks or services. Participants should inform the venue directly of any allergies or dietary requirements.
Participants must also comply with the rules and requirements of each venue. Anyone who breaches venue rules, applicable regulations or disrupts the venue may be required by venue management to leave, without refund.
6. Personal interactions
Any friendship, date, exchange of contact details or relationship arising from SoulMeet is a private interaction between participants.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulMap® is not responsible for participants’ actions, representations, behaviour or the consequences of their private interactions.
7. No refunds
Once enrolment and payment are confirmed, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, including if you change your mind, cannot attend, arrive late or leave early.
8. Event cancellation
SoulMap® reserves the right to cancel an event due to insufficient enrolment, venue issues or other circumstances at its discretion.
If SoulMap® cancels an event, affected participants will be notified by email and the event fee paid will be refunded.
If SoulMap® decides that an event will proceed as scheduled, participants may not request a refund due to attendance numbers, participant mix, gender ratio or other personal reasons.
9. T8 / Black Rain
If an event is cancelled because Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force, affected participants will be notified by email and the event fee paid will be refunded.

10. Come with the right mindset
SoulMeet is not about waiting for a host to entertain or match you.
Talk to someone new. Make the first move. Be curious. Be respectful. Practise your social skills. Enjoy the moment.
